Mason came highly recommended by a friend, and now I completely understand why! From our very first conversation, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly communicative. He immediately diagnosed exactly what was needed to get my garage door opener functioning perfectly and recommended the ideal product for my setup. The installation itself was quick, seamless, and done with great attention to detail. Once everything was complete, Mason took the time to walk me through all the work he had done, ensured the remotes were properly connected and working, and left the entire area spotless—removing all trash and debris. This was hands down some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. Mason clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing garage door services—an absolute 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mason and Derek were awesome! Mason explained everything thoroughly and educated me on the products and install. Communication was excellent and timely. The install was great and we gain more ceiling clearance. Excellent work and best service experience I've had! Highly recommend this company!

Fast...Next Day Service. They even oiled the hinges of my garage door to reduce the screeching noises. My job was a one man crew. Whatever that bar above the door that turns broke in ½. Took him about an hour to replace. Fair pricing for a immediate appointment. Found this company just on a search for service. I'm glad I received fast reliable quality service. Great work Mr. Mason !!!!

On time professional work i do recommend them to friends and family

I’ve known Mr. Door since 2022, and he has consistently been someone I can depend on. He shows up the same day when possible, offers very affordable pricing, and delivers genuinely professional, high-quality work every time. What sets him apart is not only his skill, but also how he treats people. He is friendly, respectful, and caring—honestly, he feels more like a trusted family member than just a service professional. I highly recommend Mr. Door to anyone who needs dependable, honest, and exceptional service for all your garage door needs.

Mason is very professional and was super quick to replace my garage door in dearborn heights after it was damaged. Communication was great and had him come out to replace the spring years later. he lubricated the wheels and bunch of stuff as well during his visit. Highly recommend for honest no drama garage door work

Mason was very pleasant to talk to. Stand up guy, and the best part of all, is his outstanding service. Great work. Highly recommend.......

Absolutely great company! Came out right away and fixed our garage door the same day. Excellent customer service and Very affordable. Thank you!!!

Very friendly and helpful

I have never received service like I have with these boys!! The fastest workers and they did more than what was expected. Thank you so much and I will be using them again when the time comes. The best!

If you’re looking for a garage door company that actually shows up, knows their craft, and takes pride in their work, ask for Mason. From the first call to the final walkthrough, everything was handled with professionalism and precision. Mason didn’t just “install a door” he made sure every detail was right. The alignment, the balance, the smooth operation. You can tell when someone knows what they’re doing, and this guy does. He was on time, communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and left the place cleaner than he found it. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just solid, old-school workmanship done right the first time. The door runs quieter, looks better, and feels sturdier than I expected. That’s the difference between hiring someone to get it done and hiring someone who takes ownership of the result. If you want it done once and done right, Mason’s your guy. Highly recommend.
